NGOYIFIANYONU I of A1avanyo Traditional Area, swear the Great Oath of A1avanyo Traditional Area to the Paramount Chief, the Divisional Chiefs and the people of Alavanyo Traditional Area, that, I shall lead them in the development of the Traditional Area.

That, I shall respond to the call of the people in day, night, distress and at all times to help in the upliftment of the Traditional Area.

That, the people shall give me support in my endeavours in order to help develop the Traditional Area.

That I shall involve myse1f in the celebratioi1 of SASA whenever the Celebration is due. That, I shall uphold and defend the good name of the Traditional Area at all times.

That, I shall always endeavour to look for funding for development projects in the Area. That, all remittances MUST go directly to the Traditional Area.

That, failure in my duties, amounts to breaking of the Great Oath of the Traditional

Area.

That, Alavanyo shall forever become my home.
